Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We understand that purchasing artwork and handmade items is a personal decision. Due to the unique nature of each piece, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Original Artwork/Prints

Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind or produced in limited editions, returns and a full refund are only accepted if the piece arrives damaged. We cannot replace or exchange original works of art, due to their one-of-a-kind nature. We may discuss a similar commission in exchange instead if a full refund is not wanted.

Handmade Items

As these items are often crafted with care and individual craftsmanship, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the piece arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the damage

We will provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Important Notes

  • Handmade items are unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish, which is a characteristic of craftsmanship and not considered a defect.

  • Due to lighting and screen differences, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do online.
