Mother Earth, Feminine Divine, Heavenly Mother, Feminine Spiritual Energy, God… She has many names and probably even more than we have ever realized.

Over the past few years I have grown close to my Mother Earth and Heavenly Mother from discovering to learn more about Her. I love my God, but it was only in the past few years that I realized how lonely I felt, feeling like I only had a male God to turn to, until I realized She was there all along.

I wanted to portray her staring straight through the painting, as if to say, “I am Here.” Which became my subtitle for this painting. As l thought more and more about the words, “I am Here” It looked more and more like “I am Her.” Reminding me that even though She may not be spoken of as often as She should, She is real and She is Here.
