Life and Breath
Oil on Canvas framed in antique style gold frame.
11”x14”
Some of my paintings are created from a photo reference but this one was entirely from my head and all about the colors. I wanted to create a sky that felt like a breath of fresh air. That feeling when you stop and look up at the sky and really pause at the Earth’s beauty. I titled it “Life and Breath” because I wanted to add my own life and breath to this painting. This past year and a half, has shown us how precious life is and how fragile we are as humans. Yet, also I believe in life after this one that is just as glorious and full of even more living.
